I had the pleasure of working with Bob as he assisted in the improvement of our quality management system. Bob has extensive knowledge and life experiences that make him both a valuable addition to a team and a pleasure to work around. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and work ethics and abilities.

As a colleague of Robert's at Northstar Aerospace, I was very impressed with his in depth knowledge of industry standards and his skills at establishing and maintaining a quality management system. Robert has a full grasp of how processes should be documented, audited and corrected (prevented). His ability to identify and close gaps in both process and product quality never ceased to amaze me. I highly recommend Robert as a quality management consultant and training professional.

Bob is a high energy manager with a passion for providing effective training opportunities for all levels of the organization. I was particularly impressed by Bob's efforts in obtaining practical training aids and implementing computer based training at Northstar Aerospace. Bob's demonstrated a keen desire to improve himself and contribute to the success of our company by volunteering to become our Lead Quality Auditor in addition to retaining his responsibilities as our Training Manager. Bob also frequently contributed his expertise in communication by designing the audio visual system we used for all-hands meetings, producing video tapes to help communicate requirements and executive messages, and automating the tracking of recurring compliance requirements. I highly recommend Bob for any positions in training, communication and quality assurance.

Bob is a very dedicated and passionate manager. He did a great job laying out training programs and getting new employees started on the right track in a very precise working environment. Whenever I needed assistance or materials, he always seemed to have the right track on how to get me what I needed. I highly recommend Bob for any management position in the quality or training arena.

I work in public policy research focused on designing and executing some of the largest public policy performance assessment surveys conducted by the federal government. Our work has to be "gold standard" because of the scrutiny it receives and decisions which are made based on the information we collect. I have gone to Bob to discuss how quality control is conducted in the manufacturing environment to determine what process procedures can be carried over into our sector. Bob is passionate about quality control and understands the importance of making sure that everyone in the manufacturing chain is knowledgeable about the task that they perform to ensure a high quality end product. Bob has a strong grasp of the manufacturing sector but I am convinced he could function well in any system which demands the creation of gold standard quality control systems.

I have worked with Bob Klemen on several projects covering a wide range of training and education issues. In addition, I have had the chance to see Bob’s work in other areas such as quality assurance. In every project and in every endeavor that I have seen, Bob is successful.
Bob worked intensely with Daley College to forge a long-term training partnership that is and will continue to supply his company with advanced manufacturing skills. Bob initiated his company’s efforts to credential their machinists to NIMS industry standards, and developed a program utilizing both the community college and in-house resources to get shop floor workers certified.
Bob also contributed to the City Colleges of Chicago “Reinvention” strategic planning, providing his expertise on manufacturing issues, but also providing insight into how public-private partnerships can be effective. At the Community College Regional Summit in Indianapolis, March 23, 2011, Bob’s presentation on such partnerships was a big hit with the assembled crowd of government, education and industry representatives.
Always helpful, Bob’s activity included checking parts made by college students who are pursing industry certifications, and providing me with technical expertise in metrology, quality assurance, and AS9000 requirements.
Every project I worked on with Bob was successful, and a perfect batting average speaks for itself, but I still want to say that I very highly recommend Bob Klemen.

Tony and I just wanted to touch base with you to let you know we were very happy with the performance of Bob. We were looking for a new set of eyes to provide a different perspective to analyze our system and he did just that. He was very professional, thorough and believe me it made no difference that it was a remote audit. We did plenty, if not more, of going around the facility and doing visual inspections and interviewing other employees. He had a good foundation that allowed him to understand our business and tools. With his suggestions, we feel we will be prepared for the upcoming audit.
